Engineering, Construction, and Operations in Challenging Environments: Earth & Space 2004 is the Proceedings of the Ninth Biennial Conference organized by the Aerospace Division of the American Society of Civil Engineers. The conference was held in League City/Houston, Texas, from March 7-10, 2004.
